General terms of sale

Foreword

The client declares he has acknowledged the following elements before ordering products.

Each client is exclusively responsible for setting his needs, selecting the appropriate subscription and making sure his hardware is compatible with his website use.

The placing of an order involves the full and comprehensive approval of aforementioned general terms of sale by the client, as well as total legal capacity allowing him to commit himself in the name of these general terms of sale.

We might revise the current general terms of sale at any time as long as these modifications will be visible on our website.

Article 1 : Price

Prices of our subscriptions are displayed in Euros including all taxes.

The company MyCarRegister reserves the right to change its prices at any moment but products will be charged on the basis of current rates when the order is placed.

Information regarding prices may be subject to modifications and are only given for guidance only.

Article 2 : Subscription

All subscriptions, regardless of their origin, can be paid in Euros.

Subscriptions have to be made online on following website : https://mycarregister.com. Confirmation of receipt will be made through email, detailing orders done on the website. Clients are free to check the order confirmation and promptly notify company MyCarRegister of an eventual mistake.

Your subscription starts right after the payment in case of new subscription, or at the end of your current subscription if applicable.

Company MyCarRegister reserves the right to cancel or deny any subscription of a client if a dispute over the payment of a previous order or pertaining the general terms of use was recorded.

Article 3 : Approval

You certify you have read and accepted the aforementioned general terms of sale before subscribing.

On our website, when clicking on “Pay” after the subscription process, you certify you accept the aforementioned general terms of sale as well as general terms of use, in their entirety and unreservedly.

Data recorded by company MyCarRegister provide evidence of all deals made between company MyCarRegister and its clients.

Data recorded by the payment system provide evidence of financial operations.

Article 4 : Payment

Payment by credit card is the only method available : Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, other bank cards. Payment is done through payment online platform Stripe

The card debit is completed during the ordering placement.

Company MyCarRegister reserves the right to change its prices at any moment but the subscription will be charged on the basis of current rates when the order is placed.

Article 5 : Security

To prevent any hijacking of your credit card, company MyCarRegister uses a SSL payment security system, the safest and most common encryption protocol, offered by company Stripe.

Your bank data are straight away encrypted and routed to the payment agency without transiting through our website. Company MyCarRegister never gets any bank authorizations. They are directly managed by the payment provider and your bank. It doesn’t keep any bank information.

Article 6 : Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, clients benefit from a 14 (fourteen)-working day period to cancel their subscription. In order to do this, please contact MyCarRegister via the contact form or email us at contact@mycarregister.com.

Article 7 : Refund procedure

In case of a request of order refund or cancellation, company MyCarRegister will do its best to reimburse the client in a 30-day period from the request acknowledgement.

The refund will be proceeded by bank transfer by company MyCarRegister.

Article 8 : Intellectual property

All pictures, comments, books, illustrations and pictures on the website are copyrighted and subject to intellectual property all over the world.

For this reason and in accordance with Intellectual Property Code, only a private use is authorized. Any other uses are regarded as counterfeiting and punishable in the name of Intellectual Property, apart from a prior authorization by company MyCarRegister.

Article 9 : Responsibility

The subscription offered is compliant with current French legislation. Company MyCarRegister can’t be held responsible in case of legislation violation in the countries where products are purchased.

Company MyCarRegister is only responsible for the content of pages it edits.

Article 10 : Applicable law - Dispute

This contract is written in English.

In case of dispute, French courts will be the only qualified institutions.

Article 11 : Médiation

In accordance with the terms of French consumer code’s article L. L612-1, you are entitled to use a mediator allowing an amicable litigation settlement between consumers and professionals. If needed you can have a CNPM mediator involved simply by filing a complaint at the following address : https://www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu/.

Article 12 : Personal information

Company MyCarRegister pledges it doesn’t disclose information communicated by clients to third parties.

Company MyCarRegister only collects data exclusively necessary to correct processing of subscriptions : last name, first name, address and email.

Information requested to clients are needed for the process of their orders and are intended for company MyCarRegister’s services. In accordance with law n°78-17 (January, 6th 1978), clients have the right to access their personal information. Following a request, they can be transmitted and even corrected in case of mistakes or changes.

The word MyCarRegister™ is the name of the company, thus every possible use is controlled.
