The website is freely open from everywhere to every user having an Internet connection, apart from the private section requiring a subscription. All costs to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc) are at the expense of users.
Non-member users can’t access to paid services nor free trial. They have to register by filling a form. Agreeing to register to restricted services, member users pledge to provide honest and correct information about them and especially their email address. In case of subscription to membership, users pledge to provide honestly their identity (Last Name, First Name) and their address.
To access services Users then have to login with their usernames and passwords.
All regularly logged in member Users will also be able to request their unsubscribing visiting the dedicated page on their personal space. It will be taken into account in a reasonable time.
All occasions due to cases of force majeure resulting in a website/server malfunction and subject to outage or changes in the event of maintenance don’t involve the responsibility of MyCarRegister.
